BTW: Hope your recovery is going well. My brother had this a month ago and is doing well though had a surface infection -beware signs! Apparently there are these new braided sutures in use which are prone to capturing bacteria. Take care and thank you for all you’re doing!

Clearly, they compartmentalized all the information, only strictly limiting each person with an area of responsibility with only need-to-know info.
There was most certainly only a very few who knew everything. Find those people and use every possible legal means to make them talk.
