Issue(s): Whether 18 U.S.C. § 1014, which prohibits making a “false statement” for the purpose of influencing certain financial institutions and federal agencies, also prohibits making a statement that is misleading but not false.

The States Argument here is truly bizarre and shows why they were so obsessed with Trump believing his “misleading” statements in their TDS mind were lies to the American people. All goes to mind reading of liberals put evil intent into everything Trump did or said.
