A lawsuit seeks to end an exemption to Title IX that has allowed religious schools to receive lucrative federal funding despite policies that discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation.

One holding moral values must discriminate. Teachers must judge the performance of (or discriminate between) students. This student is wanting to discrimination against his school and its treatment by the government. The argument should be dealt with honesty. The assumption that homosexual actions are good and healthy is not warranted, nor provable.

Andrew is the dishonest one in this story—he went to a school that was crystal clear—he subscribed in writing that what he believes and thinks he is is wrong. He willfully lied. Now the drive to punish the school, just because he felt uncomfortable is satanic. He was free not to attend and pay for education there. In fact, there are few schools that do no celebrate sinners in the way he desires. Yet, he has the urge to eradicate it as a moral wrong—clear…
